We have been advised to provide a paper version of the carnet alongside every e-carnet we raise.
This is to be used as a back up only in case a customs officer refuses the digital version.
We advise you get both paper and digital carnets validated at UK customs before proceeding on your journey. This will ensure a plan B is possible, if along the road customs in either EU, CH, NO refuse the digital carnet.
Please ensure you are using the e-carnet as your first option.
